About PCS-ing

External site: Military Child Education Coalition

Prior to PCSing, notify Hainerberg ES Admin Office NLT - TWO WEEKS in advance to provide staff sufficient time to prepare student records and for you to make an appointment to clear the student and pick-up records.  At the end of the school year, the administration office is very busy and we might not be able to respond in a timely manner. Please don’t wait until the last minute.

Reminder! May 14 is the date that DoDDS has set to ensure students are in attendance at school.  Only if you are PCSing does DoDDS recognize that students can be officially passed on to the next grade after the 14th of May.  Some stateside schools (this is regulated by the state that you will reside) have a policy that students must attend a certain number of school days in order to be passed to the next grade level.  Make every effort to delay your PCS until after this date.

Note: Registration for New Students entering Hainerberg ES for will be held any day after the school year ends.

If you will be sponsoring a new family to Wiesbaden, please know that we will register students anytime during the summer on a walk-in basis.
