Mystery Box

| Did
you know that there is a mystery box somewhere under our school building?
It was planted there when the Hainerberg new wing was constructed.
It is a "time capsule" containing special items representing memories of
early Hainerberg. This includes students' work, pictures, memories
of early Hainerberg Elementary School....even a bottle of Henkell
Trochen.
It was planted by the construction crew after a German American ground breaking ceremony. Mr. Lenz, the principal then, led the ceremony along with the president of the Student Council. All the teachers, staff, and students were present for this very exciting time. |
