The Home Page Masterminds/Talent Pool 5th grade were the creators of the Hainerberg Elementary School Home Page.  They began this project at the beginning of the school year of 1996-1997.  This was a year long project to represent our school on the Internet.  The original Masterminds had committees: the School Committee, the Art Gallery Committee, the Wiesbaden Tour Committee, and the Classes Committee.  They also included other pages showing our "spirit" and our after school activities. Each of the students created their own page but you will not be able to access them for security reasons. They did this work  with the assistance of their computer teacher and their TAG teacher. Other teachers and parents were involved also and served as our photography and computer-techincal expersts. The original  home page  was truly a team effort with teachers, parents, community volunteers, and students.

The Home Page Masterminds' work was at a standstill for 3 years and has now is gone through more revisions.   It couldn't have been  possible without the initiative of the home page Masterminds.

They were the pioneers!
Hainerberg Elementary School will be for ever grateful to them.

Our Gifted Education teacher guided us as we worked on the webpage for Hainerberg Elementary.

With her assistance, we learned the skills needed to develop our school site. Because this ended up being a year long class project, it was her persistence, determination and inspiration that helped us complete it. We then presented it to our parents on the last day of school, June 1997. They were impressed!

Ms. Johnson, our teacherOur computer specialist who helped us with the Hainerberg Home Page.

She initiated the idea and was with the group all the way!   It would have been impossible to do it without her.  She spent many long week end hours "linking" us.
