Geography Club

Place: Room 203

Students in grades second to fifth will have an opportunity to attend four sessions of the Geography Club this year.

The time will be spent learning more about our world, using maps and globes, learning about holidays and customs, and seeing items from other countries.

Fourth and fifth graders
will meet from 2:45 to 4:00 on these four Wednesdays: Dec. 19, Jan. 9, 16, 23.

Third graders
will meet from 2:45 to 4:00 on these four Wednesdays:  Jan. 30, Feb. 6, 13, and 20.

Second graders
will meet from 2:45 to 3:45 on these four Wednesdays:  Feb. 27, March 5, 12, 19.

Parents will be responsible for picking up students who cannot walk home.  To attend the students need to return the permission slip signed.

Ms. Sweeney will hand out the permission slips to the students in the classrooms before that grade level meets or you can find one outside room 203 the week before the meetings start for that grade level.

Students should use the restroom after dismissal, and wait outside Room 203 until 2:45.

I will walk my second grade students to the main door at 2:35.
